Refund Policy

1. No Refund on Confirmed Bookings

All ticket purchases for the Bollywood Night | Big Bash New Year 2026 Party are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once the booking is completed, no cancellation requests will be accepted.

2. Event Postponement

If the event is postponed due to unavoidable circumstances (weather issues, government guidelines, venue restrictions, or technical reasons):

• All tickets will remain valid for the new rescheduled date.
• No refunds will be issued.

3. Event Cancellation

If the event is fully canceled by the organizers:

• A full refund will be issued to all ticket holders within 7–14 working days through the original mode of payment.

4. Artist Change or Line-up Modification

Artist performances are subject to change. Any replacement, rescheduling, or modification in the artist lineup does not qualify for a refund, as the event will still take place as planned.

5. Entry Denied Due to Misconduct

Any person denied entry due to inappropriate behavior, intoxication, security rules, or failure to follow venue guidelines will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Incorrect Booking Details

Refund will not be provided for:

• Wrong date selection
• Wrong ticket category
• Duplicate bookings
• Failure to attend the event

7. Third-Party Booking Platforms

If tickets are booked through platforms like BookMyShow, their respective refund and cancellation rules will also apply.

8. Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued in case of natural calamities, government restrictions, strikes, or any situation beyond the control of the organizers.
